• At Quarry Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N9, signposted Waterford R683
• At Grannagh Junction roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R683, signposted Waterford
• At Newrath roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R448, signposted City Centre
• Continue forward onto the R448
• At the train station round about go straight through (first exit), signposted for Ferrybank R711
• Continue on R711 staying in right lane
• At end of filter lane Turn right onto Abbey Road
• Continue forward to first turn on right then immediately turn right into the Athenaeum House Hotel entrance

• Leave Cork taking N25, signposted Rosslare
• Continue forward on N25 through Castlemartyr
• Continue forward onto Youghal Bypass - N25, signposted Waterford
• At Youghal Road roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N25, signposted Waterford
• Take Dungarvan bypass, continue forward following signposts for Rosslare, Waterford
• Continue forward on the N25 through Lemybrien
• At Carrick Road roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N25, signposted Rosslare, Waterford onto Waterford Northern Bypass
• Continue forward onto the N25 - Toll
• Signposted Rosslare
• Waterford Toll Plaza
• Waterford Bridge (River Suir)
• R683 as you cross the bridge exit left following signs for Waterford City
• Then at Grannagh Junction roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the R683, signposted Waterford R448
• At Newrath roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R448, signposted City Centre
• Continue forward onto the R448
• At the train station round about go straight through (first exit), signposted for Ferrybank R711
• Continue on R711 staying in right lane
• At end of filter lane, turn right onto Abbey Road
• Continue forward to first turn on right then immediately turn right into Athenaeum House Hotel entrance
