I'd just like to say thank you for a wonderful weekend. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful to us during our stay there and sometimes we never acknowledge this but I'd just like to say what a change it was to experience such friendly staff.

I've already recommended your hotel to anyone that is thinking of a nice weekend/break away and will continue to do so.

I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the whole day, from the wonderful personal greeting on arrival through to the minute we closed the door on the last guest.  The attention to detail is just fantastic.  Our guests all mentioned that they thoroughly enjoyed the food, and a number of them commented on the fact that every staff member, without exception, was friendly, courteous and professional from the moment we all arrived through the entire stay.  The rooms are also beautifully presented, both the reception areas and the bedrooms.

So thanks once again, you made our day a wonderful experience.  I wish you all the best in your future endeavours and thank you all again for your contribution to the day.

I wanted to write a quick email while it was still fresh in my mind to say a big thanks to all the staff at Athenaeum House for the wonderful time that we had while visiting for the Ryan Wedding.  All the attention and help and wonderful food you all provided enhanced the experience all the more.  A special thanks to Carrie for putting up with my little visitors trying to distract her from her job throughout the weekend!  She was very patient with them.

From the moment we arrived the service we received was second to none. The staff were so friendly and efficient- nothing was too much trouble for them. I really must mention Marcus, Erin, Anneke, Michael and the dark haired girl on reception (so sorry, I can't remember her name). They were all so welcoming and extremely professional. They were a big part of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food is superb. The menu was varied and seasonal - our only difficulty was selecting just one choice! The musician playing in the restaurant on Saturday evening was an added bonus.

Congratulations to the whole team and thank you for creating a happy memory from a lovely weekend spent in your hotel. We will definitely be telling our friends!
