- Must have 4* or quality restaurant experience
- Must have completed recognised training
- Position would ideally suit Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie
- Must be able to show flair and initiative and be willing to take charge of kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Attractive Salary available depending on experience
