You and your family are invited to board the Santa Express at Kilmeadan Station and set off on an
exciting 20 minute train journey along the banks of the River Suir. When you return you can meet Santa in his railway cottage to
have a chat and make your Christmas wish. He may have a surprise for you!

The Waterford Panto Society return for their annual production with the Disney favourite - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. An evening of magic and mayhem is guaranteed once again as Waterford’s own Bryan Flynn puts his own unique spin on this classic tale. All the regular faces are back along with the Panto dancers under Choreographer Erica Delaney-Hayes.

Featuring a set design by Waterford Spraoi and a full live band under Musical Director Wayne Brown it’s a family friendly spectacle that will leave you rocking in the aisles. Featuring the songs of Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Glee, West End and Broadway hits and many more, it’s a sure fire way to forget your troubles - at least for a couple of hours!

Description
Waterford Art Group was formed almost fifty years ago and was initially a collection of artists that met occasionally and shared their experience and wisdom with the view to improving their artwork. Many famous Waterford artists have been members of the group.

The group currently has 24 members consisting of professional and semi professional artists whose work represents a wide variety of styles and media and who play a large role in the promotion of the visual arts in Waterford. A number of members regulary exhibit their work nationally and these accomplished artists are included in many of today's art collections.

The groups vision is to recognize, encourage and develop the highest standards of art practice by its members and to create an awareness and appreciation of visual arts both for it's members and the wider community, while honouring its rich tradition and history with exhibitions each year.

From September to May, Waterford Art Group meet weekly to paint and to discuss art related topics at the Farranshoneen Community Centre, Ardkeen, Waterford and in the Summer months many of it's members can be seen painting plein air in the local area or in far off corners around the world.
